SmartSuites SINGLE individual, two bedroom suites are made available at the following schedule:

6 MONTH or 12 MONTH LEASE - RENT ENTIRE SUITE Furnished or Unfurnished $969, + more affordable monthly prepriced utilities - Internet & satellite Direct TV $59 monthly + Electric $139 + Trash $19 + ACH $3 fee monthly ... totals $1,189 monthly for single occupancy ... plus security deposit of one month suite rental plus $200, due at time of application. Application fee (nonrefundable) is $50 for all suite adults. See Special Request below for extended payment plan for security deposit.
Move in of furnishings for unfurnished suites requires scheduled and supervised date and time. Move out requires a similar schedule for date and time. There is an unfurnished move in fee of $30.
Obtain Laundry Access Card = $9.00 plus fill amount ($1.50 wash, $2.00 dry) ... usually $20.
RENTERS INSURANCE RECOMMENDED You'll want to consider renters insurance to protect your belongings and those within your suite.
SIMPLE SINGLE MONTHLY PAYMENT
SmartSuites requires rent and utility payment be made from your checking account through ACH (Automated Clearing House). Fee charged is $3. If you do not have a checking account, a low cost alternative may be chime.com. Cash, checks and Money Orders are discouraged, when accepted add a processing fee of $30.
Also, all adult members of the suite must complete an application. Utilities listed on this site are fixed by number of household members. See detail for added occupancy over one tenant.
Special Request for payments to help complete Security Deposit
Upon approval, the required security deposit may be funded through making added first, second and third monthly payments of $474. Or, seek four monthly payments of $357 each. This option includes a $33 or $39 nonrefundable administrative cost. There is an added late payment charge of $30 for each missed payment of any type.

Application begins with these steps:
1 Read over the steps below and rates opposite. Plan on taking the steps listed early to allow sufficient time for review of your application. Understand that making application does not assume application approval.
2 Contact SmartSuites at 561.379.0429 to connect with your SmartSuites Adviser. Your Adviser will want to understand your need for furnished or unfurnished housing ... and explain the one budget all utilities and services.
3 You may begin a free pre-application online and, are encouraged to make a personal visit to SmartSuites. Application later requires:
- Review by reporting bureau for responsible tenant and may include credit history, eviction related report, criminal record and more.
- Proof of employment with required income usually 2.5X monthly rent.
- No small business operation policy that provides for visitors.
- This is a no smoking entire site (including outdoors).

4 What you will want to furnish if you elect "furnished" - Your microwave is not included (tip: keeping it clean inside and inside top cleaning is the secret to a long life unit). You'll also need bedding (pillow, pillow case, sheets, blanket) for a twin size bed. You may wish to furnish your own double size bed (only one bedroom will accommodate a double bed). Add in your own George Forman Grill or air fryer toaster oven. Unfurnished apartments will supplied with a satellite receiver box on request, but not a TV.
5 Move in details will be made available at time of application. Application fee $50 following review of free pre-application (see above).
6. Family fixed fee electric adjustment When a family of two occupy a suite, fixed fee electric increases to $159 monthly, family of three increases to $169 monthly. Monthly totals are adjusted to $1,210 and $1,220. Maximum allowed adult occupancy is two, Maximum allowed children number is one.
7. Smoking free and pet free community
Smoking or pet violation of rules subjects the tenant to a $200 charge each and possible eviction. Multiple technologies on site will detect smoking or pet violations.
8. Save on utilities cost with no deposit and no application to local power or Internet/cable providers.
